A la suite de la nomination de Fadela Amara, co-fondatrice de "Ni putes, ni soumises", au poste de secrétaire d'Etat chargée de la politique de la ville, plusieurs membres de l'association ont démissionné. Ils jugent que l'association se doit d'être indépendante de la politique.
